Currently, all of our products are sold through our Amazon store. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact Amazon directly if there are any issues related to a product arriving damaged, late, missing, or other shipping issues. Amazon typically allows 30 days for notification. Please note that we have no control over Amazon’s shipping and fulfillment services, so you must contact Amazon directly. If you cannot resolve the fulfillment problem directly with Amazon, feel free to contact us after contacting Amazon.
Amazon no longer allows returns for supplements due to dissatisfaction with the product. However, Nature’s Renewal extends a 60 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, contact Nature’s Renewal directly at support@naturesrenewal.net or via the “Contact Us” form on this. You must notify us within 60 days of your purchase and include the Amazon order number. Due to high volume, please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your refund.
